I bought the former world champion boat (2012 La Rochelle) from Jan Saugmann himself in Sept 2013. In the summer of 2022, the boat was fully checked / partly refurbished by Holger Jess and received a new SuperSpars M2 mast (with trapezoidal barber system, from Jess). The height-adjustable centerboard and rudder are from Waterat and were revised and painted by Holger in 2022. The fast boat, painted in the noble Oldtimer Green, impresses with its intelligent construction, which offers a lot of freedom of movement in the boat. It has almost all current trim options, but thanks to the full carbon hull it is still absolutely stiff. Current balance weights are 3.6kg.
It has been sailed and well looked after throughout its life (2008) and has been sailed at some international and national events.

The boat is sold with 2 sets of sails. A set of good regatta sails from 2018 (Radial Mainsail Pinell, Polyester Jib, Full Cutaway tack, Spinacker), 1 set of good training sails 2014 (Radial Mainsail Pinell, Polyester Jib, Full Cutaway tack, Spinacker).
